Learning and Development professional with 8+ years of experience designing scalable, learner-centered training solutions that drive performance, engagement, and measurable outcomes across education and workforce settings.
I am a Learning and Development professional with over 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across education, workforce development, and healthcare-related instruction. My work is centered on building scalable, learner-centered training systems that drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
I specialize in instructional design, curriculum development, LMS administration, and training program strategy. My background includes leading professional development initiatives, supporting cross-functional training projects, managing digital learning platforms, and developing SOPs, job aids, onboarding workflows, and assessment tools aligned to organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
While my foundation is rooted in education, my expertise is firmly positioned in adult learning, workforce training, and learning technology leadership. I bring a collaborative, data-informed approach to learning that emphasizes accessibility, inclusion, and real-world application.
I am currently completing a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology. I am seeking opportunities in instructional design, training leadership, and organizational learning where I can contribute at both strategic and operational levels.
